Marsh Fork Elementary protest leads to arrests at Capitol

Friday at the state Capitol, 13 people were handcuffed and dragged away to paddy wagons after they refused to leave Gov. Manchin’s reception area. The protest was over Marsh Fork Elementary School in Raleigh County, which has become a flashpoint in the battle over mountaintop removal mining.
